Had a fantastic experience dealing with Taylor from McGrade Electrical. Very professional. Always responded quickly to any requests and was on the job on time. When we faced an issue, he gave us some ideas to get around it and the end result was fantastic. Highly recommended!

We have experienced terrible customer service. For over 3 months ( A job we were told would be fixed in 2 weeks) we have had a faulty alarm system in which ADT have continued to charge a monitoring fee while we have no working alarm.I phoned ADT several times to lodge an official complaint and no one has even bothered to contact me in 3 months.We have been inconvenienced 4 times by them sending 4 different individuals to our home with no outcome of a working alarm and no clue on why our alarm was not working. We were also left with a nice hole in the ceiling.ADT did not communicated with us what would be happening with our alarm or even an estimated time it would be fixed.They have no consistency as they keep transferring you from one department to another with no one being able to give us any answers.Everyone we spoke to would drop the blame on another department.I am so disappointed with the service we received from ADT, you would think they would have better customer service or respect for long standing customers.Finally we had a tradesman Paul come to our house and knew what the issue was with our alarm and fixed it. Thank you Paul for your efficiency. We finally feel safe at home again after 3 months.

Absolutely Poor Customer Service. Scheduled a call out quote last week with Brendan for 4.15pm today, had to leave work early to make sure I was at home to meet him. At 4.30pm I call to see if Brendan was still coming, was told (by the owner I assume) that Brendan was still in the office. He said he'd find out what was happening and call me back. He called me back saying that someone was coming but was delayed on the freeway. I call again at 5.11pm and speak to the same person and I asked why no one has still arrived. He says he'll call to see whats happening and will call me back. Finally, Brendan calls me giving me some excuse about how he had scheduled someone to come as he was closer to my home which appears to have been a lie. I asked why no one called me earlier about the delays, the response 'oh I suppose I should have called you then he sheepishly asks if he can reschedule...yeah like that's going to happen now! Thanks for nothing."

We have a security camera system installed in 2020 by Lockdown Security. We recently bought a new mobile phone and were having trouble getting notifications on the app. Jess and Mel were able to solve the problem quickly, wonderful after sales service. We would recommend Lockdown without hesitation.

We have used this company many times and they have always been really fair with pricing and helping out at short notice with things that pop up. Highly recommend them!

I would have no hesitation in recommending Westlock Security Locks to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Extremely overpriced, could go to the local bunnings and get it for half of what they are offering. Do not recommend

From requesting a quote online, I was contacted by Michael next morning and two weeks later my cameras were fitted. Michael did a walk round with myself guiding me through where best to have the cameras, he had no interest in wanting to sell more cameras than required. Excellent service from start to finish. I had previously contacted ‘Connect and Protect’ and still waiting for their man Ash to confirm a fitting day, he was only interested in up selling numbers of cameras - told me I’d need 6 when actually I only needed 3!

I give Smart Security 5 star! i am very happy with the customer service experience and the staff are very helpful. especially Tony who took my first call inquiry and he very accommodating and willing to help me and get my request to disconnect my faulty home security to be actioned the soonest. I had their technician arrived very early the next day as promised. The Technician (Dan) is also very polite and helpful explaining me options about my existing Home security Device. I will recommend this company to my friends and will contact them in the future.
